The aim of the conference – to bring together researchers and experts from different fields (Public Administration, Political Science, Law, Economics, Management, etc.) to share scientific and practical experiences in the field of Good governance at regional and local self-government, by promoting development of local democracy and civil society, expanding collaboration between science, business, state authorities and society, by formulating open, result-oriented and empowering local self-government. Conference seeks to share fundamental and applied sciences research results on Public Governance and to contribute social and economical development of regions, the development of local democracy and creation of sustainable local communities.
The conference will focus on a broad range of topics:

• (De)centralisation and empowerment of local government
