The 21st NISPAcee Annual Conference
"Regionalisation
and Inter-regional Cooperation”
May 16-18, 2013, Belgrade, Serbia
The 21st NISPAcee Annual Conference, organised in
co-operation with the Faculty of Organisational Sciences, University of
Belgrade, Belgrade, Serbia, was attended by 220 participants from 30 countries
worldwide. This included 18 CEE countries covered by NISPAcee’s institutional

Conference "Montenegrin Capacity Building for Approximation of EU legislation”
The conference, "Montenegrin Capacity Building for Approximation of
EU legislation” was held at the ReSPA offices in Danilovgrad, Montenegro,
on April 23, 2013. The conference was organised within the joint project of NISPAceeand HRMA (Human Resources Management Authority), Montenegro.
The project is supported by SlovakAid, a Slovak Ministry of Foreign
Affairs' Programme.

Conference on Inter-municipal Co-operation
Within the project NISPAcee, in cooperation with UNDP
Montenegro, organized the conference on
inter-municipal cooperation, its benefits and impact on municipal financing. The intention was to present Slovak best-practices from both areas
and their correlation.

Public Sector Education and Training in Europe-the last TransEuropeanDialogue
Period: February 6-8, 2013
Venue: University of Potsdam Germany
EGPA and
NISPAcee together organize annually a "Trans European Dialogue” (TED) under a
specific topic to facilitate and intensify the exchange of views and experiences
among Public Administration scholars in Europe. The last TED was the sixth of
the series and took place at 6-8 February 2013 at the University of Potsdam
(Germany). It dealt with the issue "Education and Training: Preparing for the
Future of the Public Sector in Europe”. In line with the format of the TED,
about 40 participants from 16 different countries (7 from the NISPAcee-sphere)
met in this event and discussed very intensively about educational issues in
the field of Public Administration.
