We welcome applications from doctoral, postgraduate and undergraduate students, researchers, officials as well as employees of national/international organizations or NGOs.

The Winter School 2015 explores how federalism contributes to a multilevel, integrated and pluralistic decision-making. The 10-day programme will analyse the methods, instruments and forms of participation in multilayered systems and will present case studies from various countries. It is a unique opportunity to receive training on theoretical and practical aspects of federalism and governance.
