Following the tradition the plenary session of the VIIth ISC “e-Governance” will be held jointly with the opening ceremony of the Science Days - 2015 of Technical University of Sofia on 13th June, 2015 in the town of Sozopol, Bulgaria. The ceremony will be broadcasted online.
The aim of the conference is to explore the challenges of the e-Democratization process and the active participation of citizens in administrative and management processes relating to the implementation of the latest information and communication technologies. The focus of VII ISC “e-Governance” is on impact of e-Governance in the development of modern society, both in the theoretical aspect and as practical solutions.
Themes will include, but will not be limited to:
• e-Democratization and Management Processes
• e-Governance State of Arts and Trends
• e-Governance Education
• Public and Business e-Governance
The VII ISC “E-Governance” stimulates collaboration, discussions, sharing ideas and exchange of experience among academics, researchers and practitioners of all countries. Innovative presentations, practical experience and case studies on topics such as open government, collaboration modelling, videoconference interaction, virtual administration, cloud services, smart technologies, paperless management, and others are encouraged.
All sessions will be supported with video conference connection. Participants will be able to take part on site or distance (remote) via Web based videoconferencing.
To increase the involvement of young researchers their presentations will take place on work shop also. The winners of student’s course works/projects and PhD competitions can present their results. Show forum for ”good practices” demonstration in public and business administration will take place.
All accepted and registered papers will be included in the VII ISC “e-Governance” Proceedings with ISSN 1313-8774. The selected papers will be submitted for inclusion in the SSRN e-library with citation index.
IMPORTANT DEADLINES
• March 20, 2015 – Application forms submission;
• March 30, 2015 – Acceptance notification to authors;
• May 08, 2015 – Full paper submission;
• May 22, 2015 – Publishing the Conference program with accepted papers;
• June 01, 2015 –Submission of the registration forms.
