PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Getting to the center of Ljubljana


For your transfer from Ljubljana Airport we suggest either to take a taxi, the costs per one trip is about 20 Euro.


If you prefer to take public transport, follow the instructions below:

Bus transport is provided from Ljubljana Airport to the central bus station in Ljubljana (45 minutes) which is located in the centre of Ljubljana and close to all conference hotels.

Tickets are available on the bus at a price of 890 SIT (€ 3.71).

The central bus station is close to the railway station. All hotels are situated in the centre of Ljubljana.

The conference venue at Grand Hotel Union is a five-minute walk from the bus and railway station.

City Hotel is a five-minute walk and Hotel Park is a ten-minute walk from the bus and railway station.

The Guesthouse »Pri Mraku« is a twenty-minute walk from the railway and bus station. You can take the bus no. 9 from the bus stop at the central bus station to the Drama bus stop.

Tokens are available at some tobacconist's kiosks at a price of 190 SIT (€ 0.79) or 300 SIT (€ 1.25) payable in cash on the bus.
